Q. WILL THESE PRODUCTS SCRATCH MY PAINTWORK OR LEAVE SWIRL MARKS?
A. No, our formulas safely lift dirt from the surface of your paint work and encapsulate it, it's then wiped away and trapped by the microfibre cloth. Clean your microfibre cloths after each use. If you drop one, replace it, don't risk transferring dirt to your vehicle from the floor.
Q. CAN I APPLY MY PRODUCT IN WET CONDITIONS?
A. We always advise to apply our products to a dry vehicle, in dry conditions.

Q. HOW MANY TIMES WILL MY WATERLESS WASH & WAX CLEAN MY VEHICLE?
A. One 500ml bottle will clean an average size vehicle 6-8 times. There's no need to overspray the product, an even light coating is all that's needed!
Q. ARE ALL PRODUCTS RIGHT FOR MY VEHICLE?
A. Here at Smart Polish Pro, we don't make multiple of the same product. We keep it simple, all our products fit a specific task, and work for all vehicles!
Q. MY PRODUCTS DIFFER IN COLOUR TO THE LAST TIME I ORDERED. WHAT'S GOING ON?
A. This may occur due to the fact we use natural ingredients in our products, and they themselves will vary in colour slightly, the quality and performance however, will never be compromised!
Q. CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE USED IN THE WINTER?
A. Absolutely! Our Waterless Wash & Wax & Hydropel formula perfectly compliment each other to give you a protection against harsh winter weather, road salts & grime. Our formulas are also perfect if you have limited access to water or live in an apartment block. All our formulas are safe to use indoors and out. For our exterior formulas we recommend applying in above zero conditions. It won't harm the paint work if applied under zero temperatures but extra time will be needed to buff the formulas.
