All orders over £150.00 outside of the United Kingdom, most European countries and United States will receive complimentary DHL Shipping Worldwide. Express Shipping is Fast, Secure and fully tracked. We sometimes use different couriers to deliver orders depending on the destination country but we will email you a link to track the progress once your order has been dispatched.
HOW DO I FIND OUT THE SHIPPING COST?
Simply add the products you would like to order to the cart, enter your address details and before you proceed with the payment all of the shipping options available to you will be shown with costs. Please see our shipping options below:
STANDARD SHIPPING (TRACKED) INFORMATION:
The standard shipping option is only available to certain countries Worldwide.
The parcel will be delivered by your local Mail Service, if you are not in then the Mail provider will leave a card with information on how to re-arrange delivery/collection.
Once you have added your shipping information at the checkout an estimate will be displayed with details on how long the delivery will take, as well as all other delivery options.
EXPRESS SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We also offer a fast, fully tracked Express Shipping option to all countries. Once you have added your order to the cart and entered your shipping information, the cost and delivery time will be displayed. Express Shipping starts from £5.99 depending on your location.
WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from the Smart Polish Pro offices in the United Kingdom.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
We process all orders on the same working day before 11am GMT. All orders after this point will be processed on the next working day. Our office opening times are 9.30 to 17.30 GMT Monday-Friday. We are not open on weekends.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that recipients outside of the EU will be responsible for payment of any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
